Our Nomad Boutique Hostel - Ban Lo Long

The staff at this hostel were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. They were incredibly friendly and always willing to offer helpful advice. The common area and facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The location was convenient, with easy access to the bus terminal and a nearby 7-eleven shop. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, with clean sheets and curtains for privacy. The massive common area with excellent WiFi and Netflix on the flat-screen TV was a pleasant surprise. Although the kitchen was limited to a sink and microwave, it still met my basic needs. The bathrooms were kept clean, and the staff were always available to provide assistance. Despite a small issue with the card not working after midnight, the staff quickly resolved the situation and even upgraded me for the next night. The location was also within walking distance of a well-known breakfast restaurant. my stay was extremely positive, with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness being the highlight of my experience.

I absolutely loved the boutique style of the hostel. The decoration was really cool and stylish, creating a unique atmosphere. The common areas were well-kept and provided a peaceful place for me to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with the bus station just a two-minute walk away. It made exploring Phuket very convenient for me.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and polite. A little more professionalism from the staff would make the stay even more enjoyable.
